Value for Money
We believe in charging a price for our services that is based on a blend of the time that a matter may take in terms of hours, the value of the transaction to the client, the value of the property, urgency, and complexity. We charge more so that we can deliver an exclusive service.
An average transaction can take between 6 hours to 10 hours but if complex that time is often more.
Our charges represent the above and reflect the 100 years of collective experience of the team at Lewes Smith. The legal charges will be the least stressful part of the part of the process.
