Clive Smith founded Lewes Smith in September 1999. Clive a Solicitor with over 30 years in residential property work was formerly a partner in one of the South East’s leading law firms Donne Mileham & Haddock (DMH). Clive has worked in Lewes since 1975 and lives in the town as well.
Clive has specialised in country houses, small developments and helped thousands of clients move over the years.
Jackie Knee - has worked with Clive in Lewes Smith since November 1999 and also worked with him at DMH and in the commercial property department of that firm. Jackie has 8 years experience of every aspect of conveyancing. Additionally Jackie specialises in the document production, all IT aspects of the practise and has implemented the firm‘s case management system.
Jill Oliver – F.I. L.EX – Legal Executive with 16 years experience of residential property. Worked with Clive at DMH for 5 years and joined Lewes Smith in 2001.
Debbie McDermott – F.I.L.EX - Legal Executive – our locum of choice – Debbie has 17 years of residential property and regularly locums for law firms in the area and regularly works for Lewes Smith to help cover holidays for Clive Jill and Jackie.
Denise Wilmshurst – Dip.ManS. Client Account Manager – looks after the accounts and deals with all the administration.
