In the summer of 2007, Clive was interviewed as part of a BBC TV programme "Open House" produced by Brighton based Ricochet.

Open House is about Sellers who through their estate agents use the increasingly common method of selling houses by having "open days" at their homes for proposed Buyers.

The programme required legal input about how to find out who owns land.
Using the Land Registry Online service which is available to the public Clive demonstrated how to do this.

The information was needed, as in order to sell the house in the programme the Agents and the presenter suggested that the owners acquire a strip of land to enlarge their garden to increase the value of the house and make it more appealing to potential Buyers.

Clive appears on screen for about 45 seconds of the shows 30 minutes but that took approximately 3 hours to record.

The whole experience was interesting but would have been terrifying if it had been going out live.
